Help Building a Transformers Frenzy Prop in Toronto Ont.

So first need help tracking down a place to buy Plastazote foam (or something similar) .
Please feel free if you have any ideas or if anyone who even may want to undertake the project .

Looking to have it completed by July 27th to be first time shown at the Transformers Convention.

I am looking to build one to sit in the seat of my Transformers Barricade Police Car . Trying to also have the head turn and look out the passenger window .

Did you manage to download my Frenzy head model?

I'm pretty sure I have the only fan made model. I saw a 'crap' head for sale at a propstore for like $600, but its only half a head.

Where'd you get that photo of Frenzy btw. Do you have any bigger ones? that's awesome!
