Sup everyone? I am currently making an under-mask helmet in an attempt to replicate Grusderk's moving mandible system. I will be posting pics of my progress here. Hope yall like it, and perhaps someone will find it helpful for their own projects.
Okay, so first I made a dome for my head out of sculpting wire. When shaping it to my head, I made sure to leave just a little bit of room so that once I put the screen on, it would still fit snugly without being too tight. And speaking of the screen, I just used used regular window screen. It's more pliable and easier to manage than cardboard. I then taped the screen to the wire cap with masking tape
