I made the pan and counter-plate from Zamak this weekend.

finished parts fo far :

now starting at the lock plate - another job for Mrs. Pulseriflefan - cannot thank her enough :love

She`s scratching the engravings on a painted piece of brass

a little artwork - kisses to you my girl !

now I will be a nice guy and of course I will clean up the kitchen after the great mess LOL

etching procedure as usual - this time with air compressor LOL

final result is looking much better than expected :love

the plan is to copy that etched brass plate in Zamak for the lock plate
