While I'm going through and trying to do screencaps (best as I can with KMPlayer), I thought I'd just consolidate all the threads. I know when Cinemax first started showing the HD copies there was already another thread, so I apologize if some of this has already been covered.
Firstly:
NO wide/textured tape on the Degobah saber:
(notice the slot beside the chrome tape in the clamp, which would be covered up by the textured tape)
So far every single Vader stunt saber i've been able to get a clean cap of in ESB has been an MPP, or at least had the MPP shroud/screw/d-ring on the end of it.
