So, this is my first self made Superhero Cosplay.
After I saw the Avengers movie I decided to do this costume.
It was a lot of work to do in the internet to get it as screen accurate as possible and here is the result.
I found many photos from the set and also used the Hot Toys Collectibe Figure for the details.
After the costume was finished and has it’s debut at the Leipzig Bookfair in Germany I found many details I forgot.
For example at the outside of my shins I forgot black fabric pieces and the SHIELD Patch on the front is too big and not screen accurate. Also the boots weren’t finished till then.
The Quiver already isn’t finished and the bow has to be changed, because I bought one on ebay and it isn’t screen accurate. It’s a right hand bow and the middle is blue, not black. Also it’s a real recurve bow and so it isn’t allowed on many conventions. So I have to make a new by myself.
The costume should be completely finished at the End of April.
I got a lot of help from a friend, otherwise it wouldn’t look like it does jet.
Also I tried to be as male as possible. So I tied off the chest. (I hope I used the right words – don’t know how it is called in English
)
