I have the screen used business card also used as identification card in some episodes
Unfortunately, this replica is pretty but not accurate the logo and the font is different about writing real.

I wish I snagged one when they sold a couple from Jack Lords estate

my screen is slightly yellowed with age, but is in very good condition
it is not in the usual business card format.
