Making a Batman 89 Joker gas Mask. OUT OF CARDBOARD!

"Don't worry about me I've got enough" -Joker.

Cardboard that is.
Looks like I'm the only person out there doing this. I will be making patterns as I go. This is the Joker gas mask from the Batman 89 movie. I'll be using cardboard. Spraying it with plasti-dip and coloring it accordingly. Then of course putting them nozzles on. Any help, pictures, and advise are more than welcome. I also posted this to a great forum

Very cool. Are you considering making the box too? I had a mask commissioned a few years ago and the prop maker made the box too.
