Excellent pictures and I love the wall mount. I have the Marushin M1887 airsoft version. Check out whats available.

The T2 version (sawed off Winchester Model 1887) cost $225 originally and they redesigned the internals and now costs $285. A limited wood furniture set costed $83 but is sold out everywhere. $225+$83+$25 shipping from Japan would be $333.
The full length M1887 "the Guards gun" cost $255 and comes with wood furniture as stock.
T2 version (sawed off M1887), $225 + $83 wood = $308
Guard gun with wood = $255. I never figured that out...
Heres a few photos of the wood set. They look fantastic. Winchester used Walnut originally on the gun. It's missing the lever because I'm working on a project. I'd like a enlarged handle so I can spin cock the rifle a la Terminator 2. I found a guy to laser scan the part for me, not sure where to go next. I got a quote of about $500 for a steel milled handle. I can buy a vintage M1887 for around that price (in rough shape). The internals on the airsoft M1887 are not that great as the jam up often and a hard reload could break the pot metal/die cast metal parts so maybe having a static handle is better.
The airsoft version seems to be based on a 10 gauge model using a 8mm bb. While T2 production used 12 gauge as they were more common and easier to use modern ammo (maybe blank rounds?) I shot a real Winchester M1887 12 gauge recently and it has a lot of kick. 10 gauge would certainly be easier to shoot with one hand
And lastly the rosebox would be incredibly easy to make! Didn't someone on here own it? I remember seeing it on screenused.com as well as Ebay selling for $600 bucks! Flat cardboard folded, some scalloping, and a window cut, fake roses, voila! Just need a pattern made, or a few good straight photos. Just need to find an appropriate cardboard.
