Has anyone ordered from Heroeslocker?

I'm having a little bit of trouble with them. I put in an order for a Spiderman mask about 4 months ago. At the time Alfred said it would take 2-3 weeks. Since then the mask has went from "Finished and being shipped this week" to "Sorry, had to redo the mask because of the zipper" and then on August 30th, "a week and a half at the most." 5 days ago I've since sent off another email asking what is going and haven't gotten a response yet.

I'm wondering if anyone has ordered from them or knew anyone that did. I recall seeing a few posts of a member mentioning them so I figure its worth a shot asking here.

I have ordered from them and they do good work. They seem to have issues with their seamstress however.

Actually, I ordered a pair of the Super Hero boots from them about 4 months ago too and they haven't arrived. I did email them and they assured me that they are on their way.

Still, how long do people give before requesting their money back? What's fair? Just curious.

and im sure your mask is ready had a bit of an issue with all zippers on all suits so we redid them pm me ill be glad to help and anyone who has questions or doubts plz mail or pm we are glad to help

i bought a custom suit for my scarlet spider from them. i had a similar delay with the shipping due to various problems, but alfred actually hand delivered the suit to me to help make up for the delays.
