Has anyone modeled the grips for Ghostbusters proton pack gun?

I am trying to model the grips for my proton pack prop using stefan's plans on gbfans.com and I just cant seem to figure out how to model the 4 finger parts on the grip.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

There are a lot of stl files of the gripps on thingiverse, some of them are really accurate
