New member here, so i apologize if this is the wrong place to post this.
I ordered a full set of Sandtrooper armor from RS back in May of 2023. I didn't leave anything out - backpack, E-11 blaster, DLT-19, so the whole 9 yards. I believe it was around August or September that I received my order, minus the DLT-19. They said that was delayed because the mold needed to be redone. That's what their support said.
Then their YouTube channel uploaded a video in January of 2024 talking about the mold of the DLT-19 being nearly or fully complete, as far as I recall. There was even one comment from them saying that said they were "working through existing orders, then they would make it available to purchase individually from their website". So I patiently waited until now, over a year later and still nothing. No updates. I have reached out to their support once again and have not heard back.
It's frustrating because I follow their YouTube, so I see all these new projects they keep starting and it makes me want to pull my hair out in frustration because it's clear they have such a massive backlog of unfulfilled orders. I think the same even occurred with their Boba Fett costume in the past. They keep spending their time doing new stuff instead of sending people what they've been waiting years for. At this point i'm on the verge of requesting a refund for it, but I don't even know if they'd honor it at this point. I also started to wonder if my order got lost somehow, but there's no way to know because I don't hear back from them.
Has anyone else ordered the DLT-19 from them and received it? Is anyone else in the same situation as me?
