now ive got the suit....its gonna be TDK style once i burn it:)........now the hard part, the face....this is were i need you guys to help

i am planing to do something similar to the TDK two face...http://www.flickr.com/photos/streetwalker/2476615350/

thats where i need your guys help. i know i'll probally end up using a foam latex prosthetic to achieve the look ive already started to look around and ive come up with several options

1. http://www.halloweendirect.com/Foam...Decayed-foam-appliance-mask/product_info.html course i would use the mouth/tendons part only and maybe part of the face

2 http://www.halloweendirect.com/Foam...-foam-latex-prosthetic-mask/product_info.html .........this badboy looks alright but not as good as #1.

now i kno i will need use a bald cap..either that or shave half of my head :love

am i going in the right direction??? what do you guys think about the face prosthetic????

ahh cool im glad you liked it .

it was actually rather simple to make the suit
i found two suits on ebay for $50 each. and with jackets and pants the seam is already straight down the middle. so with time and patience slowly seperating both sides and re sowing them together wasnt that hard.
And Two Wal-Mart Shirt and ties for 20 bux.

The Make-up was rather simple aswell. A Few ounces of Liquid Latex and tissue paper to make that skin and ligament look. And A crazy looking eye contact pulled the entire thing together i feel.

(my first attempt with liquid latex)

i like the fact that everytime im gona be two face it'll look different

but after seeing TDK i was wondering how to tackle that look with the jaw bone . the masks you found are Really Greaet i'd like to tweak em with a bald cap and actually use some ash and stick it to the make up. a little hint of gasoline to the suit would really bring dimension to the costume.

Keep Us Posted on your Progress . looken forward to seeing the final product

CameraGuyDVX, great work on the Two-Face. Do you have any full body pictures?
SaberMan, I look forward to shots of your finished look.

The Wolf

I saw on indy films (i think) where they did the liquid latex and tissue paper but before he started he took a q-tip and cut it in half then taped it back together to make a short q-tip. He put this in his cheek with a rubber band attached that looped behind his ear pulling his lips back on that side, it helped the illusion because you could see his real teeth, tounge etc...

I tried and it didnt work as good on me because my mouth wouldnt pull as far to the side, but it could be worth a shot to try, only takes a minute and wont cost you anything.

Cougar that prosthetic is intense ! :sick:eek

you gotta show us how that looks when you get it.

Tk-fett do you have a link for or remember where i can look up the q-tip technique. im always interested in that stuff.

HAHA that'd be amazing . do you work anywhere in florida cause i would totally apply for a loan lol. " heads im approved, tails im....."

did you get one of PTK's coins yet?

oh Howlrunner thanks for the link.

well its been a while and i have been extremely busy with life....go figure:rolleyes...

well i have made a little progress where the face is concerned. i finally bought a latex foam skull prosthetic and chopped it up measured it on my face as seen in the pics. Ive decided to go the way of a long Halloween/ TDK hybrid where i will use the suit from TDK and base the face on the Long Halloween figure...i've got the black base color in the skull.. next will be to apply the red "burned" flesh and yellow the teeth

i'm still looking for a cheep suit jacket...one that i can actually burn :love

any comments or suggestions please feel free to post!!!!!!

I don't think that I would actually burn it. Some paint fabric paint and some latex should give you the desired effect. The TDK version looked to me more like that anyway. If you want you can burn some small holes in it for effect, but overall I wouldn't try fire to get what you want. It'll just go up like a roman candle.

A cheap suit can be obtained in either a thrift store like the Goodwill or if you really want something new try somewhere like Target or Walmart... I think the thrift store would be better though.
