Harrison and Shia go on record: The last Indy movie DID suck!

I loved Crystal Skull. It has its faults, sure, but the only perfect film is 2001: A Space Odyssey. If you're not 2001, you're a flawed film. What's the big deal?

The only perfect film is Seven Samurai!

I do have to say, I find it unprofessional when stars speak poorly of their films. At least a diplomatic "no comment" would be appropriately tactful.

I can't blame Speilberg, Ford or LeBouf for KOTC. I think they did a great job...for what they had to work with. My problem was the story and we know where that blame lies.

I think Harrison Ford sucks for letting it go forward, then complain about it three years later.

Say what you will but I liked Crystal Skull. I know most thought it sucked and well, even the stars agree with you! :lol

There were a few parts that were kinda meh, but I didnt hate it either. It could been worse, it coulda been Phantom Menace lol

Gotta give props to Shia for taking the blame of not 'selling' some scenes. Not sure I would agree they should be quiet about it either... maybe some folks NEED to start letting a certain person know their stories are letting down some fans and he'll just keep cranking them out with no recourse. (other than us giving them our money to see them anyway)

Shi also went on record recently and apologized for Transformers 2 sucking and promised the next one will be better.

Wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllp! Yup! I see Mutt's character being recast! MMMMM-hmmmm! Bite the hand that feed ya!!!!

No one puts Steven in the corner!!!!

<I put on 2001 every time I have insomnia! Puts me out every time!>

This isn't an unsaveable situation going forward.

Redemption is possible. But getting the 'Berg and Lucas out of denial is key.

So maybe him speaking up will help that.

I still wish they would recast Indy in his prime, have a two time line story with Ford handing it off to the new actor and getting back to the bad ass no nonsense Indy of Raiders again.

That is where the character is the most interesting, in his prime, in his time.

Then again, it made a fortune.
Do they care?

What the hell does Shia Leboof know about good movies?

:lol

Zing!

I for one, like KOTCS. Of course, I don't think it's the strongest of the IJ films, but really the only problem I had was the monkey swinging. Everything else I took in stride (include the nuked fridge).
