Sound great David. Would it be possible to post or send out the tutorial on how to disassemble the denix? I'm only asking about it early so that I can get them disassembled as my schedule permits, and prior to having to send the lowers to you.

This "Denix Accurizing" project seems to have expanded quite a bit and I'm going to post an interest thread this weekend.

That thread will contain a tutorial on how to disassembly the Denix BUT if you are part of this group I am going to offer disassembly and reassembly services for free

Did your machinest end up being able to come up with a way to easily attack the square detail?

If you meant "attach" I normally do it with 5 minute epoxy, it's not that hard.
