Han in carbonite

hello all,
darthchromer inspired me to finally get around to making a han in carbonite. its not the hardest project in the world put i need some help. I need:

• dimensions
• harrison face cast
• hands

if you're in the uk, there's a guy that makes the full cast of han (not the full base) in cast aluminium for £300, always thought i'd get one of them as a start when i make one

I got that pic off the HIC builders group. Its the biggest I can post. You can go to my photobucket and grab it but you will have to save the photo and enlarge it on your computer.
