Halo 4 Venator/Rogue shoulders???

Does anyone know where to find or if anyone has even unfolded these yet? I am currently working on a custom Halo build and would really like to add either these or the rogue shoulders to it.

I know that( IM NATION ) does Halo Gear. Check out his stuff in the Junkyard. I know that he does a lot of Iron Man suits as well.
