Halo 3 Mjolnir Armor Build Help?

Hi All!

I'm about to start building the Mark VI Mjolnir Armor that Master Chief wore in Halo 3. I'm using the Pepakura method to build the armor and I plan the get motorcycle armor for wearing underneath it. I've already finished building the helmet with card stock, i just need to add the fiberglass and the Bondo. Does anyone have any tips and tricks or suggestions to help me with this build?

Mixing resin with bondo to create "Rondo" is a nice fast way to get firm support in certain areas or the whole thing. Maybe do it after a layer or two of normal fiberglass.

(mix raw bondo with some resin, then add both catalysts, don't use too much resin though or it will be too soupy)

where's the pictures? and I hope you have struts in place to try and stop any warping from adding so much extra weight with resin and fiberglass. I use kabbob sticks and glued them to the struts to help out
