Halloween 2018

Is there any sort of contest here this year for Halloween 2018?

I remember having to submit a photo of myself in costume while holding up a sign that said something like "The RPF Costume Contest 20XX" a few years back. (It's been a while.) Was just looking for any rules on that this year.

It was confirmed there is no contest.

the whole popularity contest format was not a very accurate way to determine a winner.
Should reformat it with a group of known cosplay judges
