$350 is way too much for me on something like that. I would grab a compression suit and an airbrush first and give that a go. but it would not look that good though. I want the batfleck

small update bear in mind sewing is all rough until I get it all the way I want then I will tighten / re sew alot of it

after seeing this im thinking I should give my suit a coat of liquid latex to get the same shine and it will lighten the suit I would imagine do you guys have any thoughts? Would it work?

Just so you know dude thats a photoshop, that isn't the actual suit, only the cowl and cape were at SDCC, someone photoshopped one of the Frank Miller toy bodies onto it

Thata my hope I haven't heard from him once have messaged a few times wondering if hes on holiday? Im going to work on the trousers tonight I think and then go back to the arms

I fare the hush is very close I love the new one I've got mainly because it has the leather texture to match the rest of the suit

I know what you mean. I am just not sold on the look of it by the provided pics. Looks kind of big, real thick. Might just be the way the pics make it look. The suit I am making I want to give it the whited out eye look, and I think the BvsS cowl has too big of eyes for that. Not sure though. The Hush cowl looks like it will work. The TDKR cowl is best for the whited eye look, but it seems that it would be very snug and maybe hard to see out of due to the eyes being too small. I do wish the hush cowl was more readily available, and had the leather texture to it.

It's weird at first he was great so I imagine he is on holiday and listed it before he went away I'll give it till the end of the month if o hear nothing I'll get my money back and buy a hush cowl.
Side not I'm playing arkham city for the 10th my suit actually looks more like the arkham one atm lol

I just started Origins, want to use the DKR suit from the start but have to beat the game first... so dumb. cant wait for Arkham Knight

Batfleck is probably the first Batman costume that I want to make. I'll be watching this thread for any tips, great work so far.

Origins is great completed it 4 or 5 times I play the trilogy almost every night trying to find ways to make it harder the challenge maps are brilliant I'm buying a ps4 just so I can play arkham Knight lol

I think we will get a cowl like the hush but with a bigger knock in the next few months but I'm happy with the BvS one currently available hope to have the whole suit sewn before I get it so I can suit up and see how it looks

just began latex testing as I want a brake from sewing the appearance is great except the actual colour but .I'm hopping that will change once it has fully dried. I've applied it to the ankle of the suit encase it doesn't go well i'm hopping it will enforce my stitching as well so the suit can take the extra stress if it goes well I will have to wait until I can get my ductape mannequin out of storage so I can apply the latex knowing it is going stay the size its needed

Hopefully the cowl gets there when it's supposed to. Can't wait to see it. Personally I'm glad I waited and am getting the one by the Rocketeer. Looks just like the actual cowl.
