H.R. Pufnstuf - Freddie the Flute

Here's Ted's latest Freddy the Flute, which I bought. First pic without flash, second with. Awesome work.

Looks like it survived the trip! Thanks for posting pics.

This was a special build in that I used a bronze lacquer for flute body as it is a deeper gold and allows the features, painted in champage gold, to pop a bit more -- which resembles pretty close some of the Freddy's used in the series.

And thanks for all the screen caps that helped me make this one the closest I've come to the look of the actual Freddy.

Please let me know when you get a few of these done. Right now I'm a bit confused trying to find my way around. Thanks Mark

Hey Mark,

The posts you read are from 2009 -- I haven't been making Freddy's lately.

If you read the thread, I explain how you can make your own.

I do have one spare with slight hairline crack on body -- if you are interested, drop me a PM.

I would like to get freddie the flute replica just because it was as cool show and my co worker and I call one of the guys at work Freddie the flute. It would be funny to have it on our desk.

This is so cool. I watched this as a kid. I want to make one ! Does anyone have a picture of the rhinestones on the BACK of the flute ?
