Hello, im making a guy manuel helmet using two methods at the same time, first is the pepakura method, wich is working ok, but i wanna try the volpin method. so the help i need is on making this thing here

And i need help on which brand of spray foam to use. thanks!

First tip: don't do that method.

It worked for Volpin but he has stated many times that was a ineffective way to get that shape.

I recommend you check out his Thomas build or his instructables page for some helpful tips on how to build the form.

But, if you still want to give it a try, more power to you.

Hi crank, big fan of your builds. thanks for letting me know and ill be sure to stay away from that method. Im going to be posting progress pics on both of my helmets soon, so check em out!
