It's nice to see someone chime in on these. I've always had questions regarding the glass eyes on mine. I have two of the telegraph Graflexes. Both have different variations of the glass eye. One is similar to yours: push in and lock. The other is the standard threaded type. Both of the bunny ears are pretty shiny as well and both are Folmer/New York. Check them out below:

I was just thinking this... well have to look at the seam line

Glass eye is NOT original to that flash. Looks like someone replaced it with a patent glass eye and had to "fit" it for some reason. The original eye would be a like and early folmer. Sharp angled and not polished.

Bunny ears might be replica and would normally be fastened by

Not true regarding the eye not being polished although this particular eye is a made to measure eye by someone that maybe lost the original.

I have no idea, I don't own a telegraph

I used a Graflex slave first which doesn't have them. They look to be smaller than the graflex pins, so smaller than 4-40

I used a 1.4 m/m jeweler's flathead screwdriver to unscrew. I hope that helps with the size.

I don't have the right tools to measure the thread right now, but this is the set screw next to a 0-80 screw. My first telegraph had both of the set screw broken slightly because they're so small and brass, but this one was in much better shape. I know that probably doesn't help much more either
