So I came across this listing Graflex 2.5 Crystal Reveal Kit for a crystal reveal chamber for the Graflex 2.5, are there any major differences between the 2.5 and a Roman Props graflex? Would this crystal reveal kit fit inside one of Roman's hilts?

No that chassis wouldn't fit into a replica like the Roman props one, due to the bladeholder it is designed to attach to.

I’m pretty new to this, but it looks like it’s a full chassis with a blade plug attached to the top. Could you explain why it wouldn’t work? I genuinely don’t know.

Firstly, welcome to the hobby

The Graflex 2.5 has an inner core (i'll post a picture of it) that functions as part of the bladeholder and the threading for the bottom to screw onto. Whereas a replica like Roman's ones, replicates the vintage locking system without the screws and uses standard bladeholders. This causes the chassis you've seen in the 2.5 to have a design that only fits that internal shape.

The way bladeholders are designed for replicas like Roman's Graflex, don't use that internal section, so a chassis is attached directly to the bottom of the holder itself. You'd need a chassis like this Graflex Knight Chassis - Crystal by Rick_D_Ryo on Shapeways

BTTUK thanks! So if I’m understanding correctly, does the chassis you sent replace the twist lock aspect of the clamp with something that’s threaded? Or does it attach to a different part of the saber entirely?

The twist j- lock style of the Roman props Graflex, replicates a vintage and is unchanged when the relevant chassis is installed into it.

The chassis in the link I posted are desinged to be directly mounted to the bottom of a bladeholder.

In the image in this post, the blade plug is still seated in the bottom half of a bladeholder, and the chassis is then attached to that part

BTTUK I'm not sure if this will make a difference, but i'm not planning on installing a blade, i mostly just want the crystal reveal kit for looks. That being said, would this still cause the kit I linked in the original post to be incompatible? In short, the crystal kit wouldn't fit into the upper half of the hilt? Again, since I'm new to this hobby there's probably a ton that I'm not fully understanding/misinterpreting.

Unfortunately yes, it wouldn't be compatible.
