'Gotham' script font on Dark Knight License plates

Does anyone know what font this is? I'm looking for the font that says 'Gotham' on the Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises plates.

Closest I can find is one called "Belphebe", which looks really close, but I'm not sure it's exact.
