Wahoo, an extra holder. Would the plaque work on the stand, albiet covering up the semi-gaudy red lettering? With a single sig I'm guessing it will cover pretty well.

Also, can you take a pic of the MR Ep3 and Don Post CA OT helmets side by side as I for one would love to see a straight comparison in size between the helmets of the original and new trilogy's

Lookin good. I can't believe they didn't cloth bag the dome though. I hope they don't all get scraped on the dome. That would be a bummer. Maybe it was a fluke. I can't wait until mine arrives.

Still waiting for a shipping notice. Hmm....I thought that MR didn't charge until it shipped. Charge cleared my Credit Card on 18 Jan 06........

My card cleared on the 18th too.

It's funny, but i'm just not as excited about getting the Helmet any more. The anticipation is gone and it's been replaced with frustration.

Although i'm hoping I get back in the mood once I get my Tracking number.

The helmets lense's look too lightly tinted, I'ld have to replace them if I got one of these.

They are actually pretty dark and have a fine mesh screen behind them.
It might look light because of the flash that was used.

Ok, bear with me for a moment ... a couple of serious questions ...

I'm starting to get a wee bit concerned now in light of the active threads
going on right now about the MR CT Buckets and quality control ...

jedeyenight - besides the scuff on your dome, have you combed over this bad boy yet? I'd bet that you probably have, but if not, can you take a closer look and report any other maladies?

I know of 3 ppl that have received their MR ROTS Vader buckets, and so far, so good, but I can't be the only one starting to sweat in light of the other lid issues. At this point, I'm wondering if the delay's on the CT buckets were because they were pampering the Vader buckets, and as a consequence the CT line suffered for it? Otherwise, someone is bound to receive a disappointing Vader lid at some point, and I don't want to believe that :lol

Thoughts? Like kind concerns?

FP...Yup...I've been thinkin' the same thing. As more receive thier Vader lids and post, we will have an idea....but I'm hoping that the Clone issues are isolated to the Clones. As the Vader is all black, I'm hoping it's an easier paint job to do properly....we'll see.... :confused
