Good Vader helmet for kids?

I will be outfitting my 6 yo son as Vader for Halloween this year. Due to time constraints between making this and his sisters trooper outfit, I was hoping to buy a decent helmet rather than pep. Since the helmet is iconic, I'd like something that is attractive but doesn't need to movie top of line or 100% accurate. I have considered the Black Series helmet, but am afraid it will be too big. Anyone have kids that can comment?

Also, if anyone has advice (templates, tips, etc.) for any of the other pieces, my ears are open.

There's always this...

It's long out of production but they're plentiful and relatively cheap in the after market....

Or a Don Post.. classic action or other version. Also rubies made was kids version.. a million different options here

Thanks for the Don Post suggestion. I've never seen those before. Any idea if it will look ridiculously large on a kid?

Jeez, for that price and time savings, I could make some upgrades. It looks very Rebels-esque, which is kinda neat.
