Godzilla (2014)

It appears to have six appendages...I'm guessing it's his classic cannon fodder friend Baragon...

Any guesses who the other monster they show in the trailer is? It doesn't look like Godzilla... in fact it looks kinda dead.

The foggy village scene was shot at my friend's pound.

The crazy thing is it took them a day to convert the pound to some asian bamboo village... 1 day to shoot and another day to clean up (he swear's it looks like no one was ever there).

That was quite some time ago, and when i heard they were making a new Godzilla.

I'm really pumped for this movie. Godzilla...and a few other Kaiju, laying waste to the city. Hopefully those para-troopers have a plan besides landing next to Godzilla, :lol. One guy looked like he landed on him!

I heard a lot of complaints of how by the numbers the trailer was. Honestly, I expect the big reveal at the end, scared looks on everyone's faces, and some wanton destruction.

His roar is still that of the KING Of MONSTERS.
Unmistakebly recognizable. Bringing the horror of such a creature unleashed on humanity is clearly still a goal of the film.
Still nothing on atomic breath, but I expect they could keep that out of trailers as a surprise.

This honestly got me kinda scared! Not many movies have done that in i dont even know how long! Its not Broderick's tamed pet, ITS A MONSTAH!! :D :D

I SO CAN'T WAIT for this to come out.

Looks great. I've watched the trailer over a dozen times now. I want more!

I do find it funny that the paratroopers are almost to the ground and no signs
of them opening their chutes?
Nothing like waiting to the last minute.

HALO

High altitude low opening.

The one dude was heading straight into G.
Hope he makes it!

Can't imagine what ther mission could be against Godzilla unless they had no clue what was down there.

Thanks for the "Stanley Kubrick 2001 A Space Odyssey Choir" intro on that jump:behave, but I digress; seems like a Spielberg movie that with all those open mouths and wide eyes characters seeing "The G" for the first time! Seems interesting...on Netflix.

I get a lot more of the "force of nature" vibe from this one than I did from the last one. And that's absolutely a good thing.
