I have new pics. I've finally found something for the cheeks that looks "right" to me.

I'm thinking about a name for it. Prawn bio? lol

Prawn suits it. I Like what you did with the hoses. It has a very organic/mechanical look to it - not unlike Giger's work. Good job!

I don't think it fits big undermasks. I'm doing it so it can fit my own Predator mask, which is more the size of a normal human head and not exactly 1:1. I do it like this because neither me or my girlfriend are as tall as a predator should be, and we don't want to look like Stewie lol

I'll post the measurements once I do the casting stuff

Great aesthetics, nice job.
I hate to rain on your parade, but I would be concerned with the distance between the eye openings before you mold this. Get a tape measure in one hand, and touch the pupils of both eyes with the thumb and forefinger of the other. Measuring that distance will give you the on-center dimensions of your eyes, which will hopefully line up with the center of the eyeholes of the bio. I could be wrong, but that area looks a little wide to me.

I've already finished this one! Some problems with the casting made me go for a "battle damaged, abused and very old" kind of look. Here you have some pictures:

I love the orginal designs ive got one in the works ass well,i am glad someone diving in the pool with something a little different.Good work matching armor would be something to think about.
