I love Giger's work and always loved his idea for the Batmobile.
I read that it works like a pair of scissors and the wheels were to be half of a sphere. So to turn (imagine an X) a diagonal would move backwards towards a + shape and so pull the rear round.
Cool, and it works. Not so sure on the handling though :love

It really is a cool, Sci-fi design, but I would have not liked it for the Bat.

I'm with misterfusion. I'm somewhat of a Bat fan (moreso a Batmobile fan), and looking at previous designs I'd say it was too different. So much so that I don't actually like it.

Burton batmobile or nothin! TBH I am not impressed with the giger design.. Looks more like a harkonin from dune would drive that. And damn can he add more gattlin guns to it.. I don't think it has enough!
