Gears and track

I would like to ask any one out there in the lair if they can help me with a gear and track problem. I have my gaunt, blades, dual motors, and gears to go on the end of the shafts. I have not been able to cast, or fashon any. I need help please. Any Ideas will be great.At this point in the build I am desprite.

Get a couple computer cd drives, cut the tracks out of them. Plus they have the gears that match the tracks so that makes things allot easier.

I have metal gears on the end of the shafts. I'm going to try metal toy train tracks, ans file the grooves in there myself. It will be long and pain staking but I can say it will be hand made.

The animatronic blade systems I used to.build for guys used heavy duty drawer slides. The ones you can pick up at home depot or Ace, and are a little.long so you'll need to.cut them with a bandsaw,hacksaw or a dremell with a cutting disk. Hope that helps alittle

Even if pricey, I wish someone made the gauntlet blade upgrades for our suits, or kits at least. I'd buy one, guaranteed.
