Galadriel and Celeborn wedding gown help

Hello all, I am in need to find a costumer/seamstress in the LA area. My fiancée and I are thinking about a LOTR wedding and need help creating the gowns and robes for Galadriel and Celeborn. If there is any one who can help or knows of some one or place please let me know. :love

We're thinking this May or November. November will give us more time to prepare.
