Future Build: Advice please!? Mysterio!

I decided spidey can wait, cause everyone does spidey.

Here's my approach:
Helmet/Globe - Large fishbowl (plastic) sprayed with one way mirror spray (So i can see out but no one can see it.) and small drill holes in the top (so that i can breathe (;
Main suit - Green lycra suit with black puffy paint for the lines, maybe some motorcycle body armor underneath for buffness. I really didn't notice how built mysterio was untill this project.
Cape - Cloth, sewn. Simple.
Gloves - Died white gloves from a party store (its just simple)
Wrist Guards & Cape Clips - Constructing them out of EVA foam, might burn detailing into them with a wood burner. Or attempt too.
Boots - I'm still working on them, no clue what to do.

Any advice or help

From the looks of that artwork you might want to invest into either some male enhancement or one hell of a cod piece as well

also may want to consider computer fans for cooling and airflow. Check out the retro space helmet someone on here did using search option.

I'm not trying to be Mr. Negative because I want to see you do this, but the resulting wrinkles when using reflective film may be an issue for you. You can heat and form it during application with a heat gun, but it's very difficult to get it on to a sphere with no creases.

Even though it's not nearly as cool or iconic as the chromed helmet, have you thought of doing it silver age style, with the obscured face and fog?

You could spray chrome the majority of the dome with regular paint, then you would only have to use that window tint in the front where you'd be looking. Just a thought.

If you go with GBrittelleJr's suggestion, I'd suggest feathering the paint "edge" so you don't have a hardline transition between paint and the tint film - would just ruin the illusion, I'd think. Would you be spraying the inside or the outside?

I'm planning to do this one myself.A few things to consider:
Whatever dome use ultimately use as your head, tilt it forward, or it will sit on your shoulders and they will have to be fairly wide to accomodate. The fact that his cape is so built up at the back can help make it look better.
The one way mirror spray is good, but you could still see your head-wear a hood with "Ditko-esque" scribble lines on it.
Put one of those "voice disguiser" boxes into your outfit, so your voice doesn't sound muffled.
Oh, and if you can't find a plastic dome without a flat spot, do it on a vacu-form machine, a bubble is really simple.

I also have a battery powered remote controlled strobe and fog machine that is going to attach to my cowboy collar and rest unseen under my cape on the back.
