One final picture of the completed Harp. I tried to stay as true to the original prop as I could. I've wanted to
build one of these for quite some time, I'm glad that I finally got around to doing it.

Drilled 19 string holes in the aluminum tail stock.
Your video links are gone and this is piece is the one that's got me flummoxed. Where did you get the aluminum ring and how does this whole mechanism work? There's got to be a lot of pressure on the strings, so ... I'm clueless as to where to begin and how to proceed on my build. HELP!?!? I've read the instructions over and over and ... they aren't very detailed. HELP!?!? Thanking you in advance!
