I think I have seen this pack before over on sale at GBFans. Yes, in fact I have. It's made by a guy named nick-a-tron. This is a link to the for sale thread and if you look at the photos I feel it's a match.

Cool, thanks guys! Yes, looks like that's the exact one. He paid a good price for it, I tried it on, quite neat (if I had the cash, I'd have one too!).

Lights all work, he just doesn't have the sound components (yet).
