Markseven, this looks amazing! Did you simply print Rundown's file, or did you alter it to work for the eva foam? I'm trying to estimate the thickness of the foam from your picture, is it 10mm? I'm debating whether I should use foam or cardboard. I've done 2 simple cardboard helmets and one foam one, and feel like I'm ready for the challenge.

Not sure since I didn't unfold it. But you can always open it in pepakura designer and rescale it
