Frank Virga - is this guy legit or bad news?

A question........ran into a guys ad on Facebook selling Tantalus Boxes with a Time Machine and was thinking of buying something from him but like I always do is check someone out before doing anything. I found this name on the RPF but is this the same guy? He calls himself "Frank Paris" on Facebook but his caller ID showed as "Frank Virga" and is on the Group "Science Fiction Modelers Society" running an ad:

Just making sure since all I could find is nothing good about him and my apologies if I'm wrong and didn't want to make any mistakes but sure seems like the same guy......anyone know?

used to see him at trek cons here in nyc.
he was a riot to talk too....his line of bs on the products he sold was hysterical.

one show, just before the premier of trek DS 9, he had all these bud k knives on his table and was telling people that on DS9 no one was allowed to carry phasers so they all carried knives. LOL
sad part was some people went for it and he made sales.
