Took me awhile to find it

This picture is very meaningful to me

There is another cool one with Delorean staring into the back of the engine bay looking at the “legend” turbo car, which delorean owners believe would have saved the company

Looking for that one now

Damn it, found this one fast and by accident! In a matter of seconds lol

This car was embarrassing Ferrari and Lamborghini times

You can see in his face that it’s make or break time...

I once had a former employee come up to me at a car show and pull his original employee ID card from his wallet. It said a lot about what he thought of his job there, when he still carried the card 35 years later.

Halliwax, that other film I mentioned "Driven." Is now on amazon prime.

I thought I would like it more than this one with Alec.
Truth be told, it's good, but the movie seems like 60% Will Arnett character(plays the guy that got DeLorean in trouble)
vs 40% for Delorean played by Lee Pace (He did a great job btw of portraying him).

It's good and worth a watch, but the Framing John movie was more enjoyable as it focused more on the car company.

I have prime im gonna check driven out. I am not a Baldwin fan, but would like to see this movies side of the story

I have family in Ireland, and john delorean was a hero to them in the 80s.

John delorean made bad decisions but he did do good for Ireland..

Zero jobs, civil war, this guy comes in with his car company and changed things over night.. ran good for 2 years then splat..

I’m telling you, if they had 1 more year things would have been different

The legend would have come out, that car would have been the worlds fastest production vehicle, the dmc convertible was on the drawing board and the 4 seat coupe was on the design floor!!

It’s a over all sad story

That is awesome! I didn’t know at the time but my neighbor actually worked for a DMC dealership in Florida, been here all my life and never knew that

When I got mine on the road and he saw it, he came over one day with all his dmc work cloths and gave them to me..

One story that always stuck with me was

When they locked the doors to the factory dmc factory in Dunmurry, a bunch of workers stayed inside with no power.. they build 6 cars by hand, No assembly line working anymore.. they moved and pushed the cars around from station to station..

Quick example, 1 door weights 90lbs by itself.. let alone the whole car being moved by hand

their wife’s would throw their meals over the fence... for men to lock themselves in a dark powerless factory, and then build 6 cars by hand! FOR FREE, That is a huge statement for me..

It escapes me how long they locked themselves inside, I have to dig through my paper work. But it was a very long time..

Always wondered what happened to those 6 cars.. probably crushed on dumped in the ocean with all of the other machinery from the factory...
