I was looking for a body to make Qui-Gon's Commlink and came across this

The Domon Dolly. It looks as if they have Gillette's mold for the sensor excel.

It runs $19.95
Yep that’s what I got to build mine with, think I got mi e on eBay.

I think the part where the blade attaches is slightly less round, but some putty should sort that, bonus is the grip section is hard plastic not rubber, so makes painting it easier than the Gillette

Funny story, when I bought it my wife wanted to know why I was buying a womens razor - had to tell her it was for Jedi business!

I remember when I tried to convert on if these, back in the olden times, I couldn't get paint to stick to the rubber grips. So, I might end up replacing that part with a resin print. If I do, I'll make sure to draw it up with the proper lines

Well, good news then. This Domon Dolly has plastic waves. Lol

Back when Ep1 came out my friends and I just filled in the back and made a silicon mold of it to produce a dozen resin copies for our group.

Ha!...
I used to shave for Gillette and would be asked to shave with all manner of Blades including the Ladies then photographed for a skin comparison.
I still have a ton of the old blades in a box unused as we got complementary ones for the weekend.
If someone ever uses the Heads in a build I could become rich :D

And the ladies razors always gave a better shave than the mens which we think was down to the lubra gel strip.
I used the venus blades with my Contour handle as they could be used on either back then..

Was that up in Boston?

The difference could simply be that the green one is slightly tilted. The only way to know for sure is to actually to get one of each and put them side by side.
They're slightly different.
