Foam Lightsaber Handle

Anyone have a foam lightsaber handle or a mold of a handle? Prefurr ANH or ROTJ Luke but beggers can't be....

Thinking about making a pop-out saber for my R2. One that actually launches out using a spring loaded mechanism. Just don't want to hurt anyone once it lands.

If you have a mold, i have the foam i can shoot into it. I am in So. Cal.

Interesting! Perhaps contact some etsy sellers of resin saber hilts and see if they can cast in foam rubber instead of resin? They already have the moms, so maybe it's an easy thing?
