Depends on which ones yer talking about. You're gonna have a hard time finding the super accurate DS9 mugs I believe you are referring to, however:

These HotJo mugs are pretty close. I have quite a few of them and am drinking cofee outtta one as I write this.
Those are close, but not exact.
The smaller light blue ones from the replimat on DS9 are nearly impossible to find. A German collector managed to get his hands on recently and showed some pics here, but unfortunately it had no markings on it.

There were several variations of that shape used from what I remember-
There were the sort of plum colored ones which were supposedly ordered special in that color from the maker, then there were the smaller blue ones with the straight "neck", and I also think the ones shown above made an appearance or two in the later seasons.
The plum colored ones, which seem to be everyone's favorites, were available to the public but in other colors than the screen used ones. Also, the later ones had thicker handles (same shape, just thicker) because they were originally too thin and fragile. I've got one of these in the original thin handled version but it's white with a picture of a cow on it.
Your best bet is probably just flea markets, Goodwills and eBay. :unsure
