OK that would be 5 people who posted interest, I need 10 deposits minimum... so if it gets up to that number I will do this. Right now its getting slowly finished to sit o my desk as a print.

Wow... how did I not see this till now? lol.
I would love the newer style cowl however there is a couple of quick questions. I have a 22 inch head and am having a hard time padding out all the larger sized cowls to look right and stay in place.... is there a way to bring it in a little bit?
question 2: is there a way to make the neck more flexible. I have been paying very close attention to how much head movement he has this season. It almost appears as the neck is material covered in latex or something. He has a lot of neck movement. And as someone who wears this costume a lot, I would love a better moving neck. I have both of your previous versions but if these two things could be helped I would definitely buy this version too! Thanks!

Well there isn't enough interest for me to make the cowl. But to answer your questions. The cowls in the show are laytex, very fragile and rip/get replaced all the time. So no real way to make a cowl durable and flex like the show. Also I have a 22.25" head and I can wear the cowls without having an issue with the size..there is no way to "take it in" it's a rubber cast. Hope that helps
