First Predator Suit

Hello, I'm a newbie, and am going to start working on my first predator suit. I plan for this to be an almost-fully-functioning suit with mostly functional weapons and gear. I will post sketches/drawings/ideas when I finish drawing them. Any tips and pointers to help get started?

Hey,
I'm excited to see what you have in mind for your suit. Regarding functionality I am not able to give any pointers, but regarding the suit itself you should probably start looking if you want to Sculpt, Mold, and cast the pieces or you can purchase one frome some of the members, in the marketplace. You could also use a mr. Incredible muscle suit as a base for the suit if you are on a budget.

If you're ferring to like a morph suit... Then yes. You can use pillow and couch foam to rubber cement the sculpted muscles onto the suit. Just make sure you have the suit on a body. Not a real one. When your glueing everything thing on. You can airbrush casting latex on over the foam and suit. Stiltbeast studios on youtube has a video for it. Thats what im doing.

Also, I ended up doing a spandex sandwich with foam muscles in the middle. Then airbrush and a coat of clear ge silicone II. Looks nice, but no clue yet how it will hold up

Sorry I haven't made progress, school started up again and I have had literally no time between homework and sleep to work on it. I will get to work on it tomorrow though.

Thanks for the kind words! It will never match some of the work on here, but it is perfect for low light prowling on halloween with my kids lol! Also, early happy birthday dude!!!

Also, I suggest the spandex foam sandwich method for a cheap bodysuit. Ge silicone 2 smoothed over the painted suit, and it looks decent for a basic first suit. Good luck!! Happy hunting!!!
