Greetings everyone!
I Have been a member for only a short time and I am totally blown away by the amazing craftsmanship here on this forum. This is my first build of a lightsaber of any kind . I have Owned a few licensed replicas in the past but wanted to build something with my own hands. So I decided to build one of my favorites.

Is that a 3d print right?

Yes it is. It's printed from PLA. Bought it from a Etsy seller who makes really accurate saber prints. I'm still learning the whole sanding technique for these and probably could have gotten it smoother. May rebuild it In the future.

Well certainly for being a pla print its good, but it would look significantly better if smooth out and painted with the right paints and then maybe clear coated

For a first build that looks really good!

Will you be weathering it, or keeping it factory fresh?

Either way, you've done a really great job :)

Looks great!! Just keep it out of the sun lol or ( in Yoda voice ) “a melted saber you will have… yes!”:D
