So here is my first attempt at making a scratch bio mask, used eva foam, hot glue, 1mm craft foam and just covers with fills to mask the seams, think it will be OK when it's sanded and painted.
Yes great start ...... i think when your BIO helmet will be sanded you could always put Worbla on top of it ...Worbla is a thermoplastic that you can craft with a heatgun....#justsaying
