I found this for sale at the propstore of london and remembered seeing it at The Sportsmans Guide (Propstore below)

A metal thermos used in the Joss Whedon sci-fi adventure Serenity. The lid removes to become a cup with fold out handles, revealing a corked canteen that sits inside a vented shell and can be removed and with some clever movement of the shell’s handles can be slotted back in to leave enough room below for a small flame to heat the contents! Not seen clearly on screen, this piece was most likely used as set dressing for the well equipped ship, Serenity.
