Thanks for all the kind words! This thing just keeps growing in scale. I have about 3 years into it already and probably another 3 to go as the scope gets bigger and bigger.

Anyone have some ertl tie fighter bases (death star surface) they want to loan me or sell me? I need to make a mold of one if I am going to make this as big as my concept image.

Kelly. this is truly AMAZING work ! I obviously love the subject matter, but your skills are outstanding. I see your from Rockford, I went to high school, and lived there for 25+ years. I Now live just south of Chicago, but Rockford will always be my home ! I am working on a 1/144th scale Falcon as we speak. I have a 8foot 1/144 U.S.S. Nimitz that Ive been workin on for years .I tend to buy all sorts of things in that scale...lately star wars stuff. Heres a shot of my carrier being visited by Vader and crew ! I'd love to show it to you next time I come to town.

Look at the size of that thing....that aircraft carrier is awesome. I grew up near Aurora been in rockford 8 years now I think. Let me know next time your up this way and you can visit the death star....Lol
