I put the Hallmark ornament 'tronics in mine to get the chirp.
You may want to do that too it is pretty easy to do.

Thanks all, it was a labour of love to be sure. If I get to build another one, I know some tricks to be done. But hey, a kit this nice for $125.00 I can afford to grab another one!

That's my comm in the video, so --

I used very tiny pushbuttons; they're mounted to the underside of the aluminum plate, and the buttons are glued directly to the top surface of the button.
