Fifth Element, The

I don't hold much hope of finding anything useful from screen caps, not considering the rubbish printed on this prop.

(I was going to attempt this prop, but....)

Here's another Fifth Element prop I've been working on.

The Fhloston Paradise Ticket.

To finish this project you will also need the envelope from Korbens Termination Notice from here.

Firstly there is the ticket itself, this will need to be printed on Clear Acetate.

Next we have the Winner Popup, this is in two parts, both of which will need to be printed double sided on card. The "Front" of the card with "WINNER!" written on it will need to have the semicircle part creased so that it will fold forwards. Glue the Front and Back together where shown

Finally the last part of the file is the backing paper for the ticket, this will need to be printed on thin white paper, something like layout paper or alternatively just cut out a piece of tissue paper the correct size (as there is nothing actually printed on it)

To assemble the piece take the "WINNER!" popup, then put on the Backing paper and finally the ticket. Tape or glue them together at right hand edge.
Take the Notice Top from the Envelope and fold it over the edge you have glued.

Fold over the "WINNER!" Flap and insert into the Envelope.

Phew...I hope that makes sense.

If you have any suggestions, corrections or comments let me know.

I'm going to need a little help with the next item I'm attempting.

I haven't been able to find any reference to the original prop anywhere, I'm not even sure if it still available, so all we have to work off is screen caps.

I've calculated that there are 19 "Pages", including the front cover and the Korben Photo Page.

I assume that the Photo Page would have General Information about Korben: i.e. Name, Rank Date of Birth, Start of Service etc.

But the rest is a mystery.

So now I have two choices.
1. Make up basic titles for Kobens Service Information and use Lorem Ipsum for the bulk text.
2. Make up Titles and "Fan Fiction" for the Service Info.

I would like to have something for people to read, so I would like to go for the second option, but there lies the problem....I am rubbish at making this stuff up. :unsure

This is where you lot come in, can we, as a group, come up with a plausible backstory for Korben's Military Career (including dates). There is a lot to do, I estimate about 3 entries per "Page" with 17 Pages to do.

Anyway here is what I have so far (Using Lorum Ipsum for filler)

Let's see if we can work something out.

Peter

Can we continue ? :)

Give a look to : Statement of Service (SOS)

A little late to the party, but there's some incredible work in this thread. Kudos to all, especially DD28 for the numerous props!

I was looking for the "Please Help" poster recently and a couple of members (Beechy McFly & Nexus6 :thumbsup) were nice enough to share what they had with me and I appreciated their help.
Nexus6 shared a file that was provided by our good old MattMunson for free a while back. I contacted Matt and asked him if I could rework and share my rendition and he gave me the go ahead.
I added the borders that were missing so it could be framed.
I wanted to pay it forward to any, who like me, love the movie and would like to have this in our collection.
Here's the pic:

The one I posted before was too dark when I had it printed at a CopyMat, so here's the link to the picture that was used for the above print:

I'm pretty sure someone can do a better job than me with this, but until then, I hope this works for now;)
