Farscape the complete series on DVD next month

Okay, who forgot to tell me about this? I'm so excited that it's priced reasonably at $110 for all 4 seasons. Now I just have to figure out if Peacekeeper Wars is included in the set.

Edit: Peacekeeper Wars will not be included.

I'm a bit bummed in general when it comes to farscape on DVD.

I bought it in the UK when it was one of the first ongoing series to be released. and yeah, I was stupid enough to buy em when it was 4 episodes a pack, 5 packs a season (ie expensive)

and then later releases have a hell of a lot more commentaries on than the original releases.

they do this all the time in the US. I'm pretty used to it but since Season 1 has been out of production for so long I never bought the other seasons since I refuse to buy the partial season stuff. So this will be my first time being able to buy them. Yay!

I picked them up as they came out originally in first 1 DVD than 2 DVD boxes. Anyone know if this set will have a fair amount of new stuff? After spending over $700 buying the series it'd need to have some impressive extras (like the alternate live scenes cut from Revenging Angel) for me to pick it up.

I think the main reason I'm so excited about this is that I will finally be able to get good screen shots of the pulse pistol so I can finish mine. The net is pretty much useless in find good pictures of it. Or my google-fu is weak. Could go either way.

I've got the whole kit preordered, of course. I stopped buying the individual discs around the middle of Season 2 due to lack of funds at the time, and I just never got around to finishing the collection.

I fully intend to watch them all, start to finish, in as little time as possible while still maintaining a semi-proper nutrition and rest schedule. It's been a long, long wait for this.
