Having watched the latest Dr Who two-parter I had to have a go at doing one of the scarecrows :eek They are so creepy yet fairly straight forward to do.

The scrim is pressed into the clay before the mold is taken, it will then be cast in foam with a latex skin, painted and embelished with hemp,straw and rough stitching across the eyes and mouth.

Yes Michael, I intend to do the whole costume. I'm actually hoping to do a few for my charity fundraising group WWW.hydefundraisers.com to utilise at our events and convention appearances :cool

Prototype finished. I'll be making a couple of small changes to the production version, particularly the colours, but generally I'm quite happy with this
